বই রিভিউঃ জ্ঞান আল্লাহর দান। জ্ঞান চর্চার একটা বড় মাধ্যম হচ্ছে বই। একজন ব্যাক্তি তার জীবনের বিভিন্ন ঘটনা প্রভাহ থেকে জ্ঞান অর্জন করে থাকে, এর মধ্যে বই একটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখে। বই মানুষের জ্ঞান বৃদ্ধিতে সহায়তা করে। সুস্থ জ্ঞান চর্চার জন্য বইয়ের গুরুত্ব অপরিসীম।
কিন্তু কোন বই আপনি পড়বেন? বাজারে তো আর বই এর অভাব নাই। একজন ব্যাক্তি তার জীবনকালে প্রতিদিন একটা করে বই পড়ে শেষ করলেও  পৃথিবীর ১% বই শেষ করতে পারবে না। প্রতিদিন একটা করে বই পড়াও যেমন সম্ভব না,  তেমনি সকল বই সবার জন্যেও প্রযোজ্য না। তাই সঠিক বইটি পড়ে নিজের জ্ঞানকে সম্মৃদ্ধ করতে হবে। বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রেই বইয়ের নাম দেখে বইয়ের কন্টেন্ট সম্পর্কে সুস্পষ্ট ধারণা পাওয়া যায় না। তবে যদি বইয়ের সারসংক্ষেপ বা রিভিউ থাকে, তাহলে খুব সহজেই বইয়ের কন্টেন্ট সম্পর্কে সুস্পষ্ট ধারণা পাওয়া যাবে এবং নিজের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় বই খুব সহজেই বাছাই করা যাবে। এই কাজটাকে আরো সহজ করতে এবং সুস্থ জ্ঞান চর্চার প্রসার ঘটাতে আমরা আমাদের সাইটে সমসাময়িক এবং অতিপ্রয়োজনীয় জ্ঞান মূলক  বইয়ের রিভিউ প্রকাশ করে থাকি।

ইসলামিক প্রশ্ন ও উত্তরঃ একজন মুসলিম হিসাবে আমাদের ইসলামের মৌলিক বিষয়গুলো জানা আবশ্যিক। আমাদের জীবন চালনায় অনেক ধরনের সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হয়ে থাকে যার সঠিক ইসলামিক সমাধান কি হবে তা আমাদের জানা থাকে না। যার কারনে অনেক প্রশ্ন আমাদের মনে জমা থাকে, আর এই প্রশ্ন গুলোর উত্তর জানা আমাদের জন্য খুবই জরুরি। বিভিন্ন কারনে এবং বিশ্বস্ত সূত্রে জানার সুযোগ কম থাকায় অধিকাংশ সময়েই প্রশ্নের উত্তরগুলো আমাদের অজানায় থেকে যায়, তাই বিশ্বস্ত সুত্রের রেফারেন্স সহ সমসাময়িক এবং অতিপ্রয়োজনীয় প্রশ্ন ও তার উত্তর দিয়ে এটা সাজানো হয়েছে। আশা করি এখান থেকে অজানা প্রশ্নের উত্তর জেনে মানুষ উপকৃত হবে।

সাধারণ জ্ঞানঃ সাধারণ জ্ঞান বলতে যেটা বোঝায় সেটা হচ্ছে- বিভিন্ন বিষয়ের উপর খুটিনাটি জ্ঞান রাখা বা বিভিন্ন বিষয়ের তথ্য উপাত্ত জানা ও ধারণা রাখা। যার যার একাডেমিক বিষয়ের বাইরেও কিছু সামগ্রিক বিষয় থাকে যেমনঃ নিজের দেশ সম্পর্কে, ইতিহাস ঐতিহ্য সম্পর্কে, আন্তর্জাতিক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় সম্পর্কে, খেলাধুলা, সমসাময়িক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় আরো অন্যান্য বিষয় সম্পর্কে ধারণা রাখা ইত্যাদি। সাধারণ জ্ঞানের অনেক বিষয় বা তথ্যই মানুষের ব্যাক্তি জীবনে কোন প্রয়োজনে আসে না। তবে এই সাধারণ জ্ঞানের মাধ্যমে একজন মানুষের ব্যাক্তিত্ব ফুটে ওঠে। একজন মানুষ সে তার দেশ বা পারিপার্শ্বিক বিষয় নিয়ে কতটুকু জানে বা সময়ের সাথে সে নিজেকে কতটুকু আপডেট রাখতে পেরেছে সেটা সম্পর্কে ধারণা পাওয়া যায়। তাই বিভিন্ন চাকরির পরীক্ষায় সাধারণ জ্ঞান থেকে প্রশ্ন করা হয়। তাই এই বিষয়ে জ্ঞান রাখা জরুরি হয়ে দাড়িয়েছে। সাধারণ জ্ঞানকে অনেক শ্রেনীতেই বিভক্ত করা যায়। তবে এই সাইটে সাধারণত অপরিবর্তনশীল তথ্য এবং যা সচারাচর পরিবর্তন হয় না সেই ধরনের তথ্য উপস্থাপন করা হয়ে থাকে।
